Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of fast-growing retail company delivering popular Chinese consumer products to the Indonesian market through e-commerce and social platforms. This role is onsite and candidate located in Jakarta and Tangerang area is prioritized.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and develop the brand strategy, identity, and messaging across all platforms
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and storytelling across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, packaging, and offline touchpoints
  • Work closely with the content, marketing, design, and livestream teams to deliver compelling campaigns
  • Analyze brand performance and customer perception to refine positioning and messaging
  • Lead creative concepting for seasonal launches, promotions, and product storytelling
  • Collaborate with top management to align brand growth with business goals

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in brand management, creative strategy, or marketing
  • Strong portfolio of brand-building work, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or beauty
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian market and social commerce landscape
