Head of Brand Partnerships (CPG), Indonesia

Our team originates from SEA Regional Business and Global Business Solutions. We collaborate with key market partners across Southeast Asia to drive user growth and marketing strategies through customized marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration, and platform innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the country strategy to increase TikTok's revenue share and partnership opportunities with global, regional, and national brands.
  • Enhance relationships with key advertisers, focusing on engagement at the CXO level.
  • Collaborate with team leads to define brand account plans that unlock investments and improve business KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Create annual and quarterly business plans based on market data and agency analysis, shaping TikTok's market approach.
  • Plan and execute strategies to penetrate various brand organizations and verticals, ensuring alignment.

Influence both executive and daily contacts to execute these plans effectively.

  • Develop diverse marketing approaches such as performance, brand, retargeting, and commerce to enable Brand Partners to leverage TikTok's ad solutions and creative infrastructure.
  • Partner with measurement teams to create learning agendas that improve impact measurement and adoption of TikTok's measurement solutions.
  • Manage team forecasting and provide accurate analyses for planning.
  • Craft persuasive sales narratives using market trends and case studies to position TikTok positively.
  • Design and execute both large-scale and targeted market engagement tactics.
  • Coordinate with product and cross-functional teams to align organizational efforts with market needs.
  • Identify relevant trends and opportunities to develop business cases supporting new requests or product roadmap changes.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in people management and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Background in ad sales, marketing, brand development, or related media functions, with strong CMO relationships.
  • Extensive experience in driving brand and performance outcomes through media strategies and understanding media platform roles.
  • Success in deploying diverse media and creative solutions is advantageous.
  • Ability to work with external partners, influence outcomes, and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to communicate marketing benefits to partners and brands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Established relationships with agency leadership and key brands.
  • Understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a proactive attitude.
