Job Description
As a Head of Brand (FMCG), your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Managing and coordinating marketing and creative teams.
- Driving market research to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing projects.
- Leading the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Monitoring and analysing brand performance against key metrics.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing budget planning and cost management for branding activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Brand (FMCG) should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 8-10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG/ecommerce/startup industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Excellent understanding of consumer marketing dynamics and trends.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
