Job description

We are the Indonesian team of Ppeum Clinic, one of Korea’s top beauty clinic brands, now entering the Indonesian market. As we prepare to open our first premium beauty clinic in Jakarta and launch our own Korean-inspired skincare line, we are looking for a Head of Brand and Marketing to drive the full spectrum of marketing initiatives — from strategic brand development to campaign execution and team leadership.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong brand marketing background, ideally with experience in the beauty clinic, skincare, or lifestyle industries, who is eager to take ownership of a brand from the ground up. You will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts across channels and stages — pre-launch, launch, and post-launch — while building and managing a growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the end-to-end marketing strategy for both the clinic and skincare line, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand presence.

Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across offline (events, activations, and in-clinic promotions) and online channels (social media, influencers, Google/Meta ads, SEO, e-commerce platforms).

Craft and maintain compelling brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity tailored to the Indonesian market.

Oversee clinic brand marketing, including storytelling, customer engagement, and brand experience both online and in physical touchpoints.

Collaborate with design, content, operations, and retail teams to deliver aligned campaigns.

Manage and grow the marketing team, while also coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and brand partners.

Lead influencer collaborations, media planning, and strategic partnerships to drive awareness and trust.

Track performance marketing results and consumer insights to continuously optimize strategy.

Play a key role in preparing for the clinic’s grand opening and product launch, ensuring readiness across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand building and campaign execution.

Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics) is a plus.

Proven experience in launching a brand or product, especially in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and team-building skills — ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a marketing team.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic startup environment and collaborating across functions.

Familiar with marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, influencer platforms, CRM tools, etc.
