Job description

Develop and execute overall business and brand strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

Oversee both offline brand management and online sales operations, ensuring cohesive positioning and growth.

Manage full P&L responsibility, setting targets and monitoring financial performance.

Brand Management

Lead end-to-end brand strategy including product development, positioning, communication, and campaigns.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategy.

Ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.

Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies across marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok) and D2C channels.

Manage assortment, pricing, promotional strategy, and visibility to maximize conversion and revenue.

Build strong partnerships with marketplace stakeholders and digital enablers.

Monitor KPIs such as GMV, traffic, conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure stock availability and campaign readiness.

Drive alignment between brand campaigns and ecommerce activations for maximum impact.

Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary team (brand, sales, digital, operations) to achieve business objectives.

Identify new opportunities in digital commerce, omnichannel integration, and customer engagement.

Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize brand performance and sales growth.

Explore new business models, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing

10+ years of experience in brand management, general management, and/or ecommerce leadership.

Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering strong business results.

Strong understanding of both brand building (offline/online) and ecommerce sales dynamics.

Deep knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused brands is a strong plus.
