- Lead the transformation of raw data into actionable insights, ensuring alignment between data engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end analytics process: data collection, modelling, analysis, and interpretation to provide meaningful business insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership and business functions.
- Ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions and reports to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Guide the development and application of AI and predictive modelling (e.g., B2S Funnel Modelling, Predictive Modelling on B2S/OA Penetration, Customer Behaviours Model, Forecast Accuracy) for future growth and operational improvement.
- Oversee the design and delivery of impactful data visualizations and reports that provide clear analytical insights to business leaders for decision-making.
- Continuously explore and integrate new analytical techniques and tools, including LLMs, to enhance the depth and breadth of insights.
- Champion data-driven culture, ensuring analytics is embedded in business decision-making at all levels.
- Ensure that analytical outputs are integrated seamlessly into business processes and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
- Act as the primary bridge between data engineering, BI teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where analytics can improve decision-making, customer experience, and efficiency.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing analytics team comprising data scientists, business analysts, and AI specialists.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence including manage team capacity, resources, and priorities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of driving data-driven insights that lead to measurable business outcomes.
- Extensive experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Strong background in advanced analytics, statistical modeling (Regression, Clustering), and data science principles (Python/R, SQL).
- Business Intelligence & Visualization Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in designing impactful dashboards and reports, with familiarity in Power BI/Tableau.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Strong communication skills to align analytics efforts with business strategy and translate technical findings into business implications.
- Data Engineering Collaboration: Understanding of ETL processes and data lakes to ensure effective collaboration with data engineering.
