Job Description

• Lead the pricing team in developing and refining pricing models for life insurance products.
• Oversee actuarial analysis to support product development, profitability assessment, and risk management.
• Ensure pricing methodologies comply with OJK regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, finance, and risk teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
• Provide actuarial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of actuaries, fostering professional development.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) or equivalent international qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of actuarial experience, with at least 5 years in life insurance pricing.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and actuarial models.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
