Job Descriptions:
  1. Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to customer success process and result
  2. Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
  3. Leading and mentoring activation team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
  4. Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects.
  5. Maintain all project plans, ensure timeframe compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
  6. Maintain positive relationships across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users
  7. Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency
  8. Collaborate with internal cross-function to enable product roadmap, customer needs, and overall communication
  9. Establish Ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance
Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  2. Required skill(s): Payroll software, Tax, BPJS, Overtime, and other Payroll components that are related
  3. Understand of HRM concepts, process, and models
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, experience in managing complex tasks
  5. Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
  6. Fast learner and independent
  7. Having good interpersonal and teamwork skill
  8. Able to work under pressure
