Job summary

PT ANTS PANTS ULUWATU is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to own the accounting function in Uluwatu, Bali. You will lead month-end closes, financial reporting, budgeting, and P&L analysis, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting/finance, with hospitality or fast-paced environments, proficiency in accounting systems and Excel/Sheets, and the ability to drive business insights for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Hospitality or fast-paced business experience.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting and internal controls.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, P&L analysis and financial planning.
• Monitor revenue, costs, cash flow and profitability.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and cost control.
• Review supplier costs, purchasing performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure strong financial and internal controls across the restaurant.
• Lead the Accounting team and coordinate with operational departments.
• Provide management with clear financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
