Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Head Mixologist to join our team in Bandung, Indonesia. You will craft an exquisite, evolving beverage menu that distinguishes our establishment in Bandung's vibrant culinary scene. This role demands a deep understanding of market trends, keen attention to detail, and mastery in mixology.

• Create and perfect signature cocktails reflecting local flavors and creativity
• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu, staying ahead of industry trends
• Train and mentor the bar team to ensure exceptional service and consistency
• Oversee bar operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Collaborate with the culinary team for food and beverage pairings
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the bar area
• Engage with customers to provide memorable, personalized experiences
• Stay updated on beverage trends and incorporate them into offerings
• Participate in industry events and competitions to enhance reputation
• Create signature drinks for marketing and special events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in high-end mixology, preferably in luxury hotels or upscale venues
• Proven expertise in artisanal cocktails
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep knowledge of beverage trends and innovation
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and ingredients
• Familiarity with Indonesian flavors and ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
