HEAD KITCHEN (CHEF)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly skilled in culinary arts, and able to manage the kitchen efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, train, and supervise the Kitchen Team and F&B Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Plan, develop, and execute diverse and innovative menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
3. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
4. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
5. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
6. Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor kitchen equipment, cleanliness, and maintenance needs.
8. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and kitchen workflow.
9. Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously improve kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable kitchen or hospitality establishment. Experience in the restaurant industry is a strong advantage.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Creative and passionate about food and hospitality.
6. Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
7. Familiar with inventory systems, food costing, and kitchen budgeting.
8. Proficient in English is highly preferred.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
