Head, Growth & Innovation (AFH)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept creation to production trials and commercial launch
• Identify unmet needs in AFH segments and create differentiated, high-impact product offerings
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Develop customized marketing strategies to effectively position products in AFH channels
• Develop communication materials and promotional campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences
• Execute targeted campaigns to boost product adoption and brand visibility across key AFH partnerships
• Develop and control the annual budget for product development and marketing activities, optimizing resource allocation
• Provide strategic recommendations to refine the growth plan based on data-driven insights
• Lead a team focused on innovation and growth in the AFH channel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years in product development, marketing in AFH channel, or B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
