Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale urban infrastructure projects, specifically Metro rail (underground & elevated), tunnels, ducting, and underground utility works.
2. Drive project delivery within scope, cost, timelines, safety, and quality parameters, adhering to statutory and contractual obligations.
3. Oversee design coordination, tendering, engineering, procurement, and construction activities across multiple sites or project packages.
4. Manage coordination with public sector authorities, consultants, JV partners, and subcontractors.
5. Ensure strict compliance with urban construction norms, HSE guidelines, and risk management protocols.
6. Monitor and control budgets, project cash flows, billing, and claims.
7. Report progress to senior leadership, steering committees, and government stakeholders regularly.

Candidate Profile:

Min 20+ years of experience in executing major urban infrastructure projects such as metros, tunnels, underground ducts, or utility corridors. Proven track record of delivering large EPC or major projects in major cities. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

Preferred Background:

Experience with organizations engaged in metro rail, underground tunneling, utility infrastructure, or smart city initiatives.
