Home Credit Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Head CRM Analytics to lead our CRM initiatives and transform how we engage with our customers across their lifecycle.

About the Role:

As the Head of CRM Analytics, your mission is to revolutionize how we manage the customer journey and optimize channel performance through actionable, cutting-edge analytics. You will play a pivotal role in advancing customer lifecycle management and improving overall CRM business performance by leveraging data-driven strategies that fuel growth and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and develop data-fueled analysis within the company to help improve customer engagement, cross-sell, and profitability.
  2. Optimize campaign management by utilizing advanced statistical models such as propensity to buy, propensity to attrite, next best offer, and campaign optimization models.
  3. Research, design, implement, and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data (big data) to achieve targeted outcomes and provide actionable insights. Improve acquisition and portfolio understanding through relevant segmentation models.
  4. Collaborate with internal CRM, Risk, and other teams to identify and prioritize high-impact insights across core business areas.
  5. Develop and establish CRM policies to manage data availability, usability, integrity, and security.
  6. Provide expertise on mathematical concepts to broaden CRM strategies and promote the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the company.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, MBA, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  2. 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science within the Banking/Financial sector.
  3. Experience with CRM databases, SAS (or equivalent), SQL, MicroStrategy, Excel, and Campaign Management tools.
  4. Strong background in advanced analytic techniques such as multivariate regression, predictive modeling, logistic regression, factor analysis, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, and consumer profiling.
  5. Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
  6. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and inspire data-driven decision-making.
  7. Fluent in English for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
