Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach and grow the developer financing portfolio.
- Lead the overhaul of existing workflows, SOPs, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Evaluate and refine financing products to ensure alignment with developer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with property developers, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to drive deal flow.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product and business strategy.
- Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of financing solutions.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, and portfolio quality.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer financing business
- Proven track record in process improvement, SOP development, and driving product-market fit initiatives
- Familiarity with credit structuring, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks in consumer finance
- Ability to assess market needs, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business processes and operational frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external partners.
