Overview

Oversee all bar operations—from opening until close—with flair, creativity, and that “Pirate spirit.”

Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team: build a cohesive crew who loves delivering laid-back, unforgettable service.

Craft and refresh creative drink menus that reflect seasonal flavors, local ingredients, and Le Pirate’s adventurous identity.

Keep inventory tight—monitor supplies, manage stock, and work with suppliers to achieve cost-effective quality.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness while ensuring that the space always feels relaxed and vibrant.

Collaborate with the wider crew to push promotional ideas—sunset specials, beachside cocktails, and impromptu bar events.

Serve guests with warmth and authenticity; encourage return visits and glowing reviews.

Be flexible and ready to embrace the unpredictable joys of working right by the ocean.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bar leadership experience, ideally as Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Bar Manager—preferably within beach clubs, resorts, or creative hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, with a passion for crafting original cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal delights.
• Leadership that’s motivational, interpersonal, and filled with positive energy.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at improvising when island life throws curveballs.
• Fluent in English—or communicative enough to lead a multicultural team. Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus, but not required.
• A service-first mindset that’s friendly, genuine, and always keeps the guest experience front and center.
• Resilient under pressure, especially during peak "Pirate sunset" hours.
• Completely onboard with relocating to Nusa Ceningan and ready to dive into island life.
