A hospitality company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee bar operations and lead the bar team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mixology skills, excellent customer service orientation, and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Manage and supervise the bar team, providing training, guidance and support to ensure efficient and consistent service
Develop and implement bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling procedures
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative cocktail menus that complement the food offerings
Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Monitor and analyse bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment
Actively participate in the planning and execution of special events and promotions
Minimum 3 years' experience in a head bartender or bar manager role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale hospitality setting
Strong mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable guest experience
Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budget forecasting
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a bar team
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Thorough understanding of liquor laws and safety regulations
