Job Responsibilities:

• Improve and update Accounting and Tax Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Maintain and follow up reconciliation of balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
• Coordinate year-end closing activities and assist with financial auditing both internal and external
• Review and analyze financial data to create detailed reports on financial status based on analysis results
• Assist with other organizational tasks and activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Head Accounting/Tax in FMCG Company
• Proven experience in accounting software programs such as ERP, SAP, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in negotiation and managing key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic.
