Head Accounting General

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably having or currently pursuing a Master's degree or professional certification such as CA/CPA/Tax Brevet A & B.
2. Understand and master PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with 2-3 years as Accounting Supervisor or equivalent position.
4. Experienced in General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, and Taxation, especially in the manufacturing industry.
5. Have handled external & internal audits, and have experience in preparing financial reports.
6. Experienced in handling monthly and annual closing processes, including inter-departmental reconciliation.
7. Have experience in tax compliance and tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, etc.).
8. Master accounting/ERP software such as SAP S/4 HANA, Accurate, or other systems.
9. Able to perform accounting journals, account reconciliations, and prepare financial reports properly and accurately.
10. Understand and be able to apply cost accounting, including COGS analysis and relevant costing methods (Standard Costing, FIFO, Average Cost, etc.).
