Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional with strong integrity to join us as HCGA Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in supporting both HR and office operational needs within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Conducting screening and selection processes in accordance with department needs, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Ensuring employee data is accurate and consistently updated, including attendance, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and other payroll-related documentation.

Providing active counseling and employee assistance, particularly in areas related to discipline, team dynamics, and workplace well-being.

Supporting the implementation of internal programs related to workplace culture and employee engagement.

Managing office facilities, company assets, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Assisting in general administration and operational support for HCGA functions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital and/or General Affairs.

Strong communication and basic counseling skills, with a people-oriented approach.

Able to multitask and manage cross-departmental requests effectively.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
