Job summary

You will be based at Siloam Clinic (HO) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records and timely HR support. A psychology background is preferred, with willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related major.
• Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and capable of using complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Understand human capital processes including recruitment, employee administration, contract management, and HRIS.
• Support HR process automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate credentialing and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and MS Office reports.
