HC Creative, based in Bali, seeks a Staff to contribute to HR and employer branding content from the Seminyak HEAD OFFICE. The role focuses on creating engaging materials for vacancies and campaigns, coordinating with teams, and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in HR or recruitment, strong English writing, and familiarity with social media trends. Canva, graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are a plus in a hospitality environment.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, communications, marketing, creative design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, employer branding, or creative content.
• Develop engaging HR and employer branding content.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Basic skills in Canva, graphic design, photography, or video editing preferred.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Able to create content for vacancies, recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, and internal communication.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Hospitality or recruitment experience is a plus.
