Hauling & Port (Level Officer up to Supervisor)

Monitor daily hauling activities from stockpile to jetty according to the plan.

Ensure hauling cycle time, truck queuing, and road usage follow operational targets.

Assist the Hauling & Port Supervisor in controlling fleet allocation and unit mobilization.

Conduct field checks to ensure road conditions, signage, and safety practices are properly implemented.

Coordinate with truck operators, dispatch teams, and contractor supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Record hauling data (tonnage, trips, cycle time) accurately and report any deviations.

Requirements :

Min. S1 / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hauling or port in mining operations

Proven experience in hauling operations and managing traffic flow from stockpile areas to the jetty.

Strong understanding of unit/fleet management, including traffic management and unit mobilization.

Good knowledge of Safety SOPs related to hauling, port operations, and road/traffic control.
