Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a dedicated hatchery technician to perform advanced incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks. You will monitor incubation conditions, report abnormalities, and support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene and safety standards; record production data and hatch results; and guide operators in routine activities to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.
• Support egg receiving, setting, candling, transfer, and hatching processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Record and verify production data, hatch results, and operational logs.
• Guide operators in routine activities and support smooth daily operations.
