Job summary

McEasy Inc. is seeking a Hardware Product Owner in Jakarta to guide roadmap development for hardware-enabled logistics solutions. The role requires a strong IoT/embedded background and a track record in bringing hardware products to market.

You will lead discovery, coordinate with IoT engineers and procurement, and drive product launches while aligning with software, service, and sales teams. A minimum of five years in product ownership is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
Minimum 5 years in Product Owner or related field.
Strong technical understanding of IoT, embedded systems, and automotive domains.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Experience on the commercial side (launching and selling products) is a plus.
Experience handling hardware products and supplier/OEM interactions preferred.

Responsibilities

Roadmap Management for new product development and prototyping.
Discovery Approval with market and technology data for management sign-off.
Requirement Development collaborating with IoT engineers and procurement.
Product Launch coordination ensuring alignment with Product SW, Service and Commercial teams.
Customer Project Management supporting products through maturation.
Product Strategy development around technology, go-to-market, and lifecycle management.
