Job summary

PT Suprabakti Mandiri is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to review and verify drawings, monitor fabrication activities, and resolve technical issues across Engineering, Fabrication, Production, and QC/QA teams. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer, preferably in fabrication/manufacturing.
• Experience reading and reviewing mechanical/engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of mechanical fabrication, material, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify mechanical drawings for compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
• Monitor fabrication activities to ensure execution meets drawing, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Fabrication, Production, and QC/QA teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage drawing revisions and identify potential design issues to minimize errors and rework.
• Provide technical support and solutions for mechanical fabrication and assembly.
• Prepare engineering documentation and progress reports.
