Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Bali to welcome guests, handle reservations, and offer local attractions information. You will support check-in/check-out, assist with room and tour bookings, and contribute to guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced hospitality setting to drive upselling and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Schedule onsite resident guests for Member Updates or Club presentations during their stay.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and KPIs set by the company.
• Assist in the tour generation process and ensure prospects meet qualification requirements.
• Welcome guests, conduct courtesy calls, provide tourist information, and assist with restaurant/tour bookings.
• Assist members with room requests, troubleshooting, and deliveries.
• Handle front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, cash handling, communication systems, tour bookings, and guest enquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, room availability, membership guidelines, and local attractions.
• Increase room sales, incidental revenue, tour upselling, and promotions.
• Manage website availability for non-member bookings.
