Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Bali is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet and register guests, arrange local attractions, and support onsite sales activities. You will manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest inquiries while promoting tours and upselling services.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, with strong communication and persuasion skills, able to work independently or as part of a team, and comfortable using computer-based systems and phones.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, membership guidelines, and local attractions.
