We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Guest Experience Assistant Manager with a strong background and experience in professional operations, good practical, operational, and administrative skills, along with a flair for creativity. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities to join our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. This role also involves supporting the Guest Experience Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Guest Experience operations for the hotel.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the role of Guest Experience/Guest Relations/Butler Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
  • Preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage team members effectively.
  • Eloquent in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
