You will shape long-term market expansion, partner strategies, and product development with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in business strategy or growth, a proven track record with digital products, and strong analytical and communication skills to engage C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in management, business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business strategy, growth, business development, or a related function.
• Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, particularly for digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase transaction volume and active users for PARKEE’s D2C and B2C products.
• Formulate long-term plans covering market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead project management activities and oversee progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring targets are achieved and adjustments are made as needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets for growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure initiative performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation measures, including contingency plans.
