Job description

The Growth Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns to drive user growth (both online & offline) and ensure the quality of the acquired users is well maintained. This role ensures efficient project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to enhance acquisition & onboarding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning acquisition & onboarding strategies that align with business objectives with stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across paid media, organic channels, partnerships, and referral programs
  • Set KPIs for acquisition & onboarding campaigns and oversee performance tracking
  • Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution for acquisition & onboarding
  • Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs, BI dashboards) to provide actionable insights
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders to refine acquisition & onboarding strategies
  • Work closely with paid media, organic marketing, and CRM teams to enhance multi-channel acquisition
  • Engage with tech teams to ensure smooth tracking, attribution modeling, and automation
  • Oversee digital acquisition budgets and allocate spending efficiently across platforms
  • Ensure cost optimization strategies to improve ROI while scaling successful acquisition channels
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and growth-focused project management
  • Have experience in managing paid media, referral programs, and performance marketing
  • Experience in affiliate, reseller, or dropshipper models is a plus
  • Strong experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns to drive user growth (both online & offline)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimizations and attribution modeling
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize projects, and optimize workflows
