About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Partnerships Executive / Sales Development Representative based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a unique hybrid role that combines the prospecting and lead generation focus of an SDR with partnership development responsibilities, specifically to build and activate referral partnerships in the Indonesian market.

You’ll help us:

  • Fill the sales pipeline: Run outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and engage prospects aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Develop referral partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners (such as digital agencies, CRM consultants, and technology providers) who can refer new business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market (GTM) activities and campaigns.

If you’re already experienced with SDR motions but want to expand your skill set in partnerships and business development, this is a rare opportunity to do both.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify prospective clients, pique their curiosity through relevant points of view and break the digital noise via calls, emails, LinkedIn, social channels and other outbound channels to build a healthy sales pipeline for the AE team.
  • Research and identify potential referral partners that align with SleekFlow’s growth strategy to allow mutually beneficial and sustainable business partnerships.
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of referral partners to drive consistent deal referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on GTM initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Track activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL etc.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements to spot new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth roles — ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Proven experience as an SDR or in outbound lead generation.
  • Comfortable working with modern sales tech tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, SalesQL etc.).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset — structured, proactive, and hungry to grow.
  • Based in Jakarta with a strong understanding of the local business environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or digital platforms.
  • Exposure to affiliate, reseller, or channel partnership models.
  • Regional/multi-market experience within SEA.
