Job Descriptions:

1. Lead the execution of growth initiatives to meet the expected volume of qualified leads that convert to business results
2. Being an owner of multiple channels that are closely associated with the customer acquisition process and optimizing its performance across buying stages
3. Collaborate with other channel owners and cross-functional teams to deploy growth initiatives
4. Identify growth opportunities, monitor growth metrics, ensure real-time visibility of progress, and provide reports on a regular basis

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of multiple marketing channels for demand generation (SEO, PPC, CRM, Email, Partnerships)
2. Demonstrated ability in crafting hypotheses and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and validated by the end results
3. Demonstrated project management & execution capabilities
4. Prior experience in owning demand generation metrics
5. Proficient with data & analytics (SQL proficiency is a strong plus)
6. Prior B2B or experience in leading tech companies will be preferred
