Primary Job Role :

We are looking for a Growth Marketing and Brand Partnership Manager with expertise in planning, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive significant business growth through the effective and data-driven exploration of various digital advertising channels.

Job Description :

  • Identify and explore new digital advertising channels while optimizing existing ones to maximize growth. (Our goal is: User Acquisition).
  • Design, manage, and optimize growth-oriented ad campaigns using a data-driven approach.
  • Actively monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generating clear and informative reports to support decision-making.
  • Utilize insights from data to provide strategic recommendations that enhance ROI and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Growth Marketing or Brand Partnership manager or in a similar role focusing on growth through digital ad campaigns.
  • Extensive experience managing various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Vast experience in partnering with brands. Know how to connect with them, approach, and handle collaborations with brands.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with structured data.
  • A high level of curiosity, creativity, and proactiveness in pursuing new growth opportunities.
