Job summary

PT Olympic Furniture Gemilang seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of sales and marketing strategies across Indonesia for Sofa & Technohome products. You will manage the Sales & Marketing team, create multi-channel plans, and drive brand awareness.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Sales & Marketing with leadership experience, and a background in furniture or consumer goods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing with 2–3 years in Manager/Senior Supervisor role.
• Background in furniture/home goods is preferred.
• Experience leading Sales & Marketing teams.
• Proven ability to set targets, develop campaigns, and forecast performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Sales & Marketing team.
• Develop sales channels including showroom, dealer, reseller, project, marketplace, e-commerce, and online channels.
• Increase brand awareness and product positioning for Sofa & Technohome.
• Develop and execute promotional programs, campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer trend analyses and identify new opportunities.
• Develop digital marketing strategy with social media, marketplace, advertising, and lead generation.
• Improve conversion rate from leads to transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, resellers, corporate/project customers, and business partners.
• Monitor sales achievement, margin, promotion effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
