Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis.

Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and curious Growth Data Analyst who goes beyond dashboards and KPIs. You won't just analyze internal data, you’ll also stay in tune with evolving market dynamics, competitor moves, and customer trends to shape strategies that keep us ahead.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to turn insight into action: optimizing campaigns, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and shaping propositions that resonate. You’ll be instrumental in helping us not just grow, but grow smarter.
As our Growth Data Analyst, you’ll be the strategic engine behind our growth decisions. You won’t just report on what’s happening, you’ll help shape what happens next. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyze marketing and product performance data to identify drivers of growth, areas for optimization, and underlying patterns in user behavior.
  • Run deep-dive investigations on campaign effectiveness across channels (paid, organic, partnerships), and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support the development of differentiated, data-informed propositions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance in real-time and ensure data consistency across teams.
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews by synthesizing insights from multiple data sources into clear summaries for leadership.
  • Build models and forecasts to evaluate new revenue opportunities, budget scenarios, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure experiments are properly tracked, measured, and evaluated with statistical rigor.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, delivered through clear visualizations and concise reporting.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years in a data analyst, marketing analyst, business intelligence, or similar role. Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, Tableau) and/or scripting languages like Python or R is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills — able to translate business questions into analysis and data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Solid understanding of marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.). Exposure to performance marketing, CRM, and attribution modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, cohort/funnel analysis, and marketing attribution models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large, messy, or incomplete data sets. Experience with cloud platforms such as Google BigQuery is a plus.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Has genuine passion for the industry — you keep up with emerging trends, understand what competitors are doing, and enjoy connecting the dots between market dynamics and business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech or consumer-facing digital product businesses.

  • Certification in digital marketing analytics or similar fields.

  • Basic understanding of fraud detection is a plus.

Note: This position is based in our Jakarta office. We prefer to collaborate in person and do not offer remote work. English fluency is required.
