This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will oversee Warranty operations across all our Brands, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Brand standards.
You should have prior knowledge of the warranty process and a desire to continually update your knowledge to support the team. The role involves site visits, liaising with colleagues at various levels, and providing support and advice to ensure best practices in warranty management.
The candidate will oversee the smooth processing of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Internal audits of the warranty process, claim justification, and reporting to senior leadership are also key responsibilities.
