About You

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will oversee Warranty operations across all our Brands, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Brand standards.

You should have prior knowledge of the warranty process and a desire to continually update your knowledge to support the team. The role involves site visits, liaising with colleagues at various levels, and providing support and advice to ensure best practices in warranty management.

The candidate will oversee the smooth processing of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Internal audits of the warranty process, claim justification, and reporting to senior leadership are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the processing of warranty claims following company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
  2. Assess warranty claims for validity and eligibility based on specifications, timelines, and contracts.
  3. Analyze warranty data to identify trends or issues requiring attention.
  4. Address customer complaints related to warranty claims, providing solutions aligned with standards.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure proper handling of warranty claims and returns.
  6. Ensure suppliers and vendors meet service level agreements for warranty work.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
