Job description

Our client, a leading F&B Lifestyle company, is looking for a Group Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing programs and activities for a group of brands and outlets within a cluster. The GMM will train and manage their marketing team within the cluster while collaborating with other Group Marketing Managers on cross-cluster activities.

  • Report to the Marketing Director Lifestyle and work together to implement the best marketing strategies for the brands under your cluster.
  • Establish and maintain the Lifestyle Brand identity in marketing activities while enriching the Brand entity as a group.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets for your brands.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers to oversee all marketing activities and serve as a role model for other brands.
  • Analyze and recommend the best partnership deals (KOLs, Entertainers, etc.).
  • Oversee and enhance the brand's social media presence, ensuring content aligns with the brand's identity.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the F&B or Clubs industry.
  • Experience managing more than 2 brands.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities and team management experience.
  • Experience managing external PR and communications, including vendors, media, and business partners.
  • Professional appearance, enthusiasm, and a groomed presentation when representing the company.
  • Strategic mindset and proactive approach to increasing brand awareness.
