Job description

HR & GA Lead, under the direction of management, is responsible for all Human Resource activities and General Affairs within the company. This includes providing advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the implementation of regulations related to manpower and company policies.

• Supervise the execution of the company's policies as decided by the Board of Directors, Commissioners, or Management.

• Oversee personnel administration tasks such as attendance, annual leave, permissions, medical reimbursement, warning letters, issuance of ID badges, employee announcements, counseling, and gathering employee input for company interests.

• Handle requests from management regarding staffing changes, including vacancy creation, candidate selection, testing, and interviews.

• Manage applications, claims, documentation for BPJS, manpower reports, and permits/visas for expatriates.

• Foster excellent and well-mannered working relationships within the company.

• Promote good interdepartmental relationships, both internal and external.

• Oversee the usage of company inventory, employee loans, leave, reimbursements, and other secretarial tasks.

• Supervise general affairs duties and ensure office orderliness.

  • Payroll and Taxation Responsibilities:
  • • Manage payroll and tax calculations for employees.

    • Oversee payments to employees and external service providers.

    • Handle tax deductions, payments, and monthly/yearly SPT submissions.

    • Ensure payroll administration is orderly and accurate.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Commerce from a reputable university.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience for HR Manager and 3 years for HR Executive.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of GA matters (including BPJS) and taxation.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • Good decision-making skills and discipline.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute to policy making.
