Our Client is a Luxury Award-Winning International Chain lifestyle Boutique Resort Group with about 50 properties worldwide and new developments in the pipeline.

This role is based in Bali with frequent travel for property visits and pre-opening projects.

As Group Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a strategic role in driving innovation, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction across all F&B venues. The scope includes concept development, design input, service delivery, team leadership, and commercial strategy. The position requires close collaboration with property-level teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistency, creativity, and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Profile

• Experience working in Asia
• Coming from an F&B service background
• Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and drive high service standards
• Up-to-date on global and regional F&B trends, with strong operational expertise
• Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Experience with new openings is an advantage
• Passionate about Food, Beverages, and the hospitality industry
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, tactical skills, and results-oriented
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
• Dynamic personality and creative mindset
