A leading online retail platform in Jakarta is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to manage categories and brand partnerships effectively. Manage assigned categories and Brand partners to achieve Commercial and Retail Operational excellence on Lazada, while developing the assortment for assigned categories, ensuring a balanced mix of demand and profitability.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, and align them to internal strategies.
Act as key point of contact for Brands related to the assigned categories, providing performance analysis and solutions to their current business problems or inquiries.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and other promo mechanics, as well as Trading Terms, while maintaining strong relationships.
Educate brands on Lazada platform promotional tools, features, and policies, and engage them to participate in campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operation, Marketing, and Campaign teams, to ensure smooth operational and campaign execution.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting purchasing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize out-of-stock and overstock.
Onboard new principals and negotiate new Trading Terms.
Able to lead projects and initiatives to achieve a breakthrough in the online Retail industry.
