Job Description

As our Greenfield Procurement Manager, you will:

• Design and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contractors for critical equipment, materials, and services
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, legal, and finance teams
• Set up procurement systems, policies, and KPIs for a scalable, efficient operation
• Drive cost efficiency, sustainability, and risk management across the supply chain

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of procurement experience in greenfield or capital-intensive projects
• Bachelor of Engineering or Civil Engineering from a reputable university
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-style environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• [Nice to have] Industry certifications (CIPS, CPM, PMP) or experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
