A leading company in sustainable construction is looking for a Building Specialist to support the green building certification process. The role involves assessing building designs for sustainability, monitoring energy use, and coordinating with stakeholders. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and experience in green initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in environment or green building certification.
• Knowledge in lighting simulation and energy simulation is advantageous.
• Familiar with Greenship/EDGE/BGH/LEED/GreenMark/WELL.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist the green building certification process.
• Assess the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Environmental aspects of the design.
• Monitor the implementation on energy use.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering physics / Architecture / Environmental / Industrial Engineering field, or other related discipline.

1-2 years of work experience in environment, green initiatives, or green building certification.

Having knowledge in lighting simulation and energy simulation is advantageous.

Certified as GP is preferrable.

Familiar with Greenship/EDGE/BGH/LEED/GreenMark/WELL

Demonstrated knowledge in green calculation, energy calculation, water calculator and OTTV.

Able to operate AutoCAD, design application or other creative tools.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for professional settings

Willing to be located in Bintaro, South Tangerang

Responsibilities:

Prepare and assist the green building certification process covering from Design Recognition to Final Assessment.

Assess the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Environment aspects of the building design.

Monitor the implementation on energy use.

Coordinate with stakeholders for inventory data.

Assisting clients by using green rating tools.
