Job summary

Sabda Creative, a Tangerang-based social media agency, seeks a Graphic/Brand Designer. You will craft visual identities and branding for clients, producing print and digital assets while adhering to brand guidelines.

Portfolio is required, demonstrating proficiency in branding and design for diverse media. The role offers opportunities to work on high-profile brands, collaborate with marketing teams, and grow your skills in photography, videography, and print production.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create Visual Brand Identity.
• Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements.
• Produce artwork based on brand guidelines with input from marketing.
• Create print and digital advertising materials.
• Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns.
• Create brand identity and style guides for marketing needs.
• Assist in management of websites, newsletters and materials as required.
• Design marketing materials (EDM, Posters, Banners, Sales displays).
• Manage design from concept to production.
• Work according to briefs for branding needs and guidelines.
• Ensure design specs are production-ready.
• Engage with external printers or vendors to ensure quality and deadlines.

Job Description

• Create Visual Brand Identity
• Conceptualise and design branding/marketing materials or advertisements
• Produce new artwork based on brand guidelines agreed with our marketing team
• Create print and digital advertising materials
• Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns
• Create brand identity and style guide for the company's marketing needs
• Assist in management of website, newsletters and all other company materials, where necessary
• Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g. EDM / Posters / Banners / Sales Display
• Manage Design from Concept to Production
• Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines
• Ensure design specifications are production-ready
• Engage with external printers or contractors/suppliers/vendors to ensure highest quality and deadlines are met
• Proper documentation of all design files

Requirement

Experience

• At least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative fields or 1 year of relevant experience

Skills Required

• High competency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Skilled in, photography and videography
• Knowledge of print production, colours codes, formats, etc
• Knowledge of editing of photography in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign for desktop publishing
• Ability to convey client's message in line with brand's guidelines through original design
