About the role

Dharma Uluwatu is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in South Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position based at our Uluwatu location, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic creative environment. As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. This role is integral to our marketing and communications strategy, helping to shape how our brand is perceived and experienced across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

Create and design visual content for digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional collateral

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand design requirements and translate briefs into compelling visual concepts

Develop and maintain design standards and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all company materials and platforms

Produce high-quality design assets using industry-standard design software and tools

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and continually refine concepts to meet project objectives

Research design trends, creative techniques, and emerging technologies to keep our visual output fresh and competitive

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing and business initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and creative problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with knowledge of additional tools being advantageous

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition

Experience designing for multiple mediums and platforms, including digital, web, print, and social media

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional-quality work

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively when working on concurrent projects

Familiarity with current design trends and best practices within the graphic design industry

Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics is preferred

Knowledge of branding and visual identity development is advantageous
