Ask & Embla is looking for a Graphic Designer who owns creating high-impact visuals for digital, brand, and product platforms. You will design assets for social, campaigns, packaging, and web, ensuring on-brand quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with a keen eye for branding.
• Experience delivering ecommerce, fashion or lifestyle brand visuals is a plus.

Ask & Embla is looking for a Graphic Designer who takes ownership of delivering high-impact creative solutions across digital, brand, and product platforms. You will design marketing assets for social media, campaigns, packaging, and web, ensuring all outputs are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance. You will partner with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders to contribute to campaign concepts, uphold brand consistency, and bring fresh ideas that strengthen our visual identity. What You'll Do

Design and Creation

• Conceive, design, and produce a wide range of graphic collaterals across diverse applications including digital marketing (EDMs, Instagram Stories, web banners, social media graphics, posts, ads, carousels), brand and product (key visuals for campaigns, product packaging, email newsletters), and web (UI elements and graphics that enhance user experience)
• Develop creative solutions with strong visual impact, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms and resolutions
• Adapt designs and creative direction as needed based on campaign priorities, platform requirements, and stakeholder feedback, with a flexible and solutions-oriented mindset

Collaboration and Concept Development

• Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative ideas and concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, branding, and web operations to integrate design elements seamlessly into projects
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions, share ideas, and incorporate feedback to refine concepts

Brand Consistency and Trends

• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all channels and materials
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques particularly within ecommerce, fashion, and jewelry, and bring new innovations to continuously improve our design capabilities
• Actively use AI tools to improve creative output and production efficiency

Who You Are

• Available to work at least 4 hours overlapping Singapore time (SGT) on a regular basis
• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand design work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong skills in color theory, layout, and composition
• Solid understanding of digital marketing design principles, particularly for social media and email campaigns
• Excellent creative thinking, sharp eye for detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable adjusting scope, style, or direction based on brief changes and evolving business needs
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
