Job description

- Responsible for leading the entire Creative Department's ideas, media planning, and performance.
- Develop ideas with a premium taste style by adhering to established guidelines.
- Create strong and compelling visuals across various media.
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure design completion.
- Generate digital/E-commerce visuals (banners, E-flyers, social media, websites, etc.) for creative projects.
- Initiate concepts and explore various design solutions within the company's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure designs are executed as required.
- Translate company needs and branding strategies into effective design strategies.
- Select colors, fonts, photographs, and other design elements to communicate the intended message.

Requirements:

- Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Design or Product Design.
- Preferably with product design experience.
- Strong conceptual thinking in design.
- Advanced skills in related 3D Design Software.
- Experience in leading entire creative design processes is preferred.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
