Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is seeking a driven graphic design intern to support social media and internal communications. You will craft daily content using Canva, adapt visuals into multiple languages, and develop infographics with attention to typography and brand standards.

The role requires familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and basic video editing using Premiere Pro or CapCut. You will collaborate with the Brand & Production Team in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate with no active classes or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Canva, mandatory as primary platform for content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools.
• Familiar with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy understanding.

Job Summary

You will support the development and execution of visual communication materials for social media and internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate brand guidelines and visual standards across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce daily social media content using Canva as the primary working platform.
• Adapt visual materials into various languages based on content provided by the team.
• Develop infographics and custom icons to support diverse creative and communication requirements.
• Assist in designing and laying out posters, newsletters, and other internal communication materials.
• Support creative production requests while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Assist with basic video editing and motion content for social media and internal communication using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & Production Team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design assets.

• An undergraduate (WITH NO ACTIVE CLASSES) or fresh graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Canva (mandatory, as it is the primary platform for social media content creation).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
• Familiar with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt design materials into multiple languages (content will be provided by the team).
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, to support communication needs with international team
• Must possess a personal laptop/device, as the company does not provide working devices for interns.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced corporate environment.
