Job summary

INFUSE Academy is seeking a Graphic Designer who leads with clarity, communicates through imagery, and distills complex data into visuals learners grasp quickly.

You will translate instructional content into visual concepts, design infographics and course assets, and collaborate with instructional designers to shape visuals for learning objectives. Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating data-driven visuals for learning materials.
• Strong sense of composition, typography and color theory.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, engaging graphics.

Responsibilities

• Translate instructional content into visual concepts and storyboards.
• Design static graphics, infographics, and course assets that stand alone.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives.
• Co-create with AI tools to accelerate output and explore new ideas.
