Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative and visually appealing designs that support the company’s marketing and promotional efforts. This role involves designing a wide range of assets for both online and offline channels, including banners, email templates, brochures, business cards, and signage. The Graphic Designer works closely with various teams across the company to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Additionally, this role includes creating logos, icons, PDF reports, and social media templates while collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality final products. The Graphic Designer is also tasked with maintaining fresh, innovative designs while managing multiple projects through ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Creation of Promotional Assets: Develop designs for online assets such as banner ads, email templates, and offline materials including x-banners, brochures, business cards, signage, and more.
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive materials for promotions and marketing efforts.
  • Icon, Logo, and PDF Creation: Design icons (e.g., Instagram highlight icons), logos (WhatsApp and Telegram profile pictures), and PDF pitches (e.g., PM Onboarding, Bali Market Reports 2024, Marketing Report Templates).
  • Edit and enhance photos such as staff portraits and villa images to meet branding standards.
  • Design Needs and Briefs Analysis: Analyze design briefs and requirements, ensuring that all visuals align with specific business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple divisions to understand design requests and ensure that the final output meets expectations.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Marketing, VR listing, RE listing, Customer Service, Office Team) to present and propose design ideas.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and approval of design concepts before finalizing.
  • Branding Application: Apply branding guidelines to all designs, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs.
  • Develop multiple creative solutions for each project, providing teams with various options for consideration.
  • Create designs using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to develop high-quality visuals.
  • Experiment with new design styles to ensure that upcoming branding assets remain fresh and current.
  • Template Creation: Provide templates for promotional assets across social media (RE and VR Instagram stories, IG reposts, YouTube thumbnails, QR codes, etc.).
  • Design directions videos and greeting templates to maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final outputs meet expectations and project objectives.
  • Project Management and Efficiency: Manage all design tasks efficiently using Lark, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Visual Appeal and Quality Control: Ensure that all graphic elements are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across various design formats.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to experiment with new design styles and trends.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to meet design objectives.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage design tasks through project management tools like Lark.
  • Experience creating a wide range of assets, including promotional materials, social media templates, icons, logos, PDFs, and brochures.
  • Strong communication skills to present design ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.
